Jeffrey R. Ambroziak
Chief Inventor/Patent Attorney
Jeffrey R. Ambroziak is the principal inventor and visionary behind all aspects of AT’s technology. A graduate of Princeton University, Ambroziak is an electrical engineer and prominent attorney. As the co-founder of Charge Fusion Technologies, LLC, Ambroziak is credited with inventing in 2008 much of the technology that gave rise to the electric vehicle industry of today. Ambroziak is the co-inventor of the revolutionary map projection, the Ambroziak Infinite Perspective Projection (AIPP), that bears his name. Along with his team of engineers and technologists at AT, Ambroziak continues to develop the technology that will drive the EV industry for decades to come.
Carson C.K. Fincham
Inventor/Patent Attorney
Carson C.K. Fincham is an inventor and noted patent attorney with over 20 years of experience in an array of technologies. Along, with Ambroziak, Fincham co-founded Charge Fusion Technologies, LLC. Through his previous ventures and at AT, Fincham brings his expertise in applying green technologies to the EV industry
David B. Seaburg

David Seaburg currently serves as the CEO and Board Member of Stella Diagnostic, a cancer diagnostic company he cofounded in 2019 and a Board Member of PolarityTE, a regenerative medicine company focused on skin regeneration where he served at CEO from 2020-2022. During his tenure at PolarityTE, Mr. Seaburg chaired the Board’s Strategic Review Committee and was previously a served as PolarityTE’s Chief Executive Officer from April 2020 through August 2021 and was the President of Corporate Development from January 2019 to August 2019. During Mr. Seaburg’s tenure in management, the Company completed several significant restructuring initiatives, primarily focused on reducing costs, enhancing sales of SkinTE® when it was previously marketed as a 361 HCT/P, and preparing PolarityTE for the changes that would be required from a regulatory perspective for SkinTE following the conclusion of FDA’s period of enforcement discretion for 361 HCT/Ps in May 2021. Prior to PolarityTE, Mr. Seaburg spent roughly 25 years of his career at Cowen, Inc., a leading healthcare franchise in equities research, sales and investment banking. He was Managing Director, Head of Sales Trading and a member of the Cowen’s Equity Operating Committee, where he cultivated and led teams operating across multiple disciplines and specialties, leveraging human capital to drive the organization’s success. Over the course of his tenure, he interacted with thousands of healthcare investors and corporate management teams. Mr. Seaburg was also a CNBC Fast Money Contributor, where he provided regular on-air market commentary for the network for 8 years.
Steven Grasso
Strategic Consultant
Steven Grasso is the CEO of Grasso Global Inc. He began his career working on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange in 1993. Since 1999 he has worked as an institutional sales trader, working effectively with some of the largest global mutual funds, pension funds, insurance companies and hedge funds. As an Executive NYSE Floor Governor he has actively participated in various NYSE committees over the years, whose work included allocating new listings to market-making firms and developing standardized tests for continuing education for the floor community.
Morgan Seaburg
Director of Operations
Morgan C. Seaburg is currently a fourth year student at the University of California San Diego. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Stuyvesant High School, renowned for nurturing some of the brightest minds in the country. He formerly served as an intern at Consensys, a leading-edge blockchain developer company, where he worked with capital asset management, among other projects within the company.
